Presentation of the services offered by Voyage Afrique Online and the conditions of application
Art. 1: THE DEFINITION OF THE SERVICES OFFERED BY VOYAGE AFRIQUE ONLINE:
VEHICLE RENTAL
1.11 Rental with driver
The service consists of providing the customer with a vehicle with a driver speaking at least French and perfectly familiar with the country of destination.
The vehicle is in good condition, well maintained and has the technical control certificate of less than one year and is insured.
For the safety of the customer, the vehicle is placed on the exclusive responsibility of the driver therefore he is the only one to assess the risks during the rental period.
The vehicle and its driver are made available during the day between 6 and 8 p.m., without however exceeding 10 hours of on-call duty and 8 hours of driving during the day.
Outside the ranges defined above, from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m., vehicle rental with driver is billed at a higher rate depending on the type of use.
In the event of difficulty with the driver, the customer can request a replacement by justifying the request. This request is submitted to the account manager who analyzes the motivation and if acceptance sets up the replacement process.
In the event of a breakdown or damage that immobilizes the driver and his car for more than 2 hours, a replacement procedure can be implemented.
1.12 Rental without driver
The service consists of making a vehicle available to you from the agency in the country of destination.
To access this service, the customer must be at least 18 years old and have had a driving license for at least two years. The presentation of the license will be required when booking and taking possession of the vehicle. Only drivers identified in the rental agreement will be allowed to drive the vehicle.
The customer is responsible for the vehicle rented without driver from delivery to return.
The customer undertakes to respect the highway code, to pay his fines, to take care of the vehicle and its equipment for the duration of the rental. An inventory will be established contradictorily upon taking possession of the vehicle, and upon return.
The customer is responsible for all damage noted during the return to the vehicle, accessories and equipment.
1.2 - RENTAL OF HOTEL ROOMS OR ACCOMMODATION
Voyage Afrique Online offers an accommodation rental service as part of a tour or vehicle rental following the ServicePlusConfort and ServicePlusAllinclusive formulas.
1.3 - THE CONCIERGERIE FOR EXPATRIATES ON LONG-TERM MISSIONS
The concierge service consists of providing clients or their employer with a comprehensive accommodation service including the provision of accommodation, the maintenance service with a housekeeper or cleaning lady, the supply of electricity and water, subscriptions various such as internet, television, telephony, etc.).
1.4 THE TOURIST SERVICE
Tourist services consist of offering tailor-made excursions in the country of destination. These excursions include the cost of guiding and the logistics of the excursion. Art. 2: THE PRICE OF SERVICES
2.1 - FOR VEHICLE RENTAL
2.11 Car rental with driver
The basic car rental rate is 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. a day with unlimited mileage. This rate is established according to the destination in the country. The pricing includes the rental of the vehicle and the provision of a driver.
Fuel, tolls and taxes are not included in the base rental price.
Vehicle rental at night is between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. You can rent evening packages from 20 to 24 hours, or night packages if the driver and the car are made available after MIDNIGHT. In the event that the driver is obliged to continue his activity beyond 8 p.m., the rate is applied after 8 p.m. depending on the length of time it is exceeded.
For the rental of a vehicle outside mainland France over several days, the price of the driver's accommodation must be added to the basic rate, except for the last day.
The rental of the vehicle does not include fuel, however you can subscribe to fuel packages, in which case your driver will pay for the fuel at the pump for you.
The fuel flat rate is established on the basis of an estimate of the estimated mileage multiplied by the cost price per kilometer. This fixed price may be adjusted, under the following conditions: Modification of the official price of fuel at the pump, in the event of a difference in the mileage traveled compared to the forecast estimate; the adjustments will be made on the basis of the information recorded by the driver on the daily journey sheet and signed by the customer.
2.12 Rental without driver
The prices are established according to a circulation perimeter defined in the reservation contract. However, specific rules may be applied depending on the country of destination.
The prices automatically include a simple third party insurance (civil liability, defense, recourse and person).
The vehicle is made available with a full tank of fuel or a determined fuel level. If the vehicle is not returned with the same quantity of fuel as that noted on departure, the customer will be liable for a penalty.
In the event of an accident or breakdown, the vehicle is the customer's responsibility until it is taken over by the breakdown service. Breakdown costs are the responsibility of the customer and it is strictly forbidden to carry out repairs or towing without the authorization of the agency of the local agency.
The return of the vehicle is made at the premises of the local agency, in case of return outside the agency, conveyance fees may be applied. The vehicle must be returned clean inside and out, otherwise you will be charged an additional 50,000 FCFA upon return.
For all cars rented without a driver, a deposit is required before pick-up. The amount of this guarantee is determined by the type of vehicle rented and the country of rental.
2.2 FOR THE RENTAL OF HOTEL ROOMS
The room rate is established per night. The price includes the price of the room and the reservation costs, it can include meals.
2.2 - FOR CONCIERGE SERVICES
The accommodation rate is established monthly, it includes the costs of negotiations, the various taxes existing at the time of signing the contract, the costs of consumables (electricity, water) invoiced at the rate in force at the time of consumption, maintenance and cleaning costs, possible Internet subscriptions and television programs.
2.3 - TOURIST SERVICES
The price of circuits and excursions is established according to the number of participants; the price includes, in particular, the costs of guides, the costs of access to the tourist site and, as the case may be, the costs of logistics or equipment necessary for the establishment of the circuit or the excursion, in general the Cost detail is described in the reservation contract.

Art. 3: RESERVATION OF SERVICES
3.1 automatic reservations
Some destination sites are equipped with a real-time reservation system. The customer can set a valid option which will be 5 days after deadlines, if the reservation has not been confirmed by the payment of a deposit, this option is automatically canceled. Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the general conditions of sale and makes the reservation final.
3.2 - Manual reservations.
The reservation process is the same for all the services offered by Voyage Afrique Online;
The customer formulates a request by filling out the form corresponding to his research;
Upon receipt of the commercial service of Voyage Afrique Online presents a quote on the basis of the request;
To book the service, the customer must pay online by credit card or by bank transfer domiciled in France a deposit defined in the quote. If the customer chooses payment by SEPA direct debit mandate, he will have a withdrawal period of 7 days after sending your bank details by email. In the case of payment in FCFA, the deposit must be paid into the bank account of MP-SERVICES in Cotonou.
Payment of the deposit implies acceptance of the contract and the general conditions of sale.
Upon receipt of the deposit, a contract and an invoice are drawn up by MP-SERIVICES and sent by e-mail to the customer.

Art. 4: OUR CONTRACTS AND THE "GOOD PERFORMANCE" GUARANTEE OF SERVICES
The invoicing currency is defined by the contract, we offer you two types of contract:
- A contract denominated in Euros
- A contract denominated in US dollars
- A contract denominated in Fcfa.
4.1- contracts denominated in euros and US dollars
This type of contract is invoiced in euros or US dollars and benefit from a performance guarantee via our TRUSTED THIRD PARTY in the case of payment by credit card or PayPal account. In this case, the customer benefits in particular from a reimbursement guarantee in the event of cancellation or modification of the contract during execution.
For other payment methods exclusively in euros, the customer must provide his contact details and EBAN to benefit from the performance guarantee.
Refunds are made, either by crediting the bank card, in the case of a bank card payment, or by bank transfer if the payment is domiciled in the SEPA zone and made by bank transfer or direct debit.
Invoicing in EUROS and US DOLLARS includes, in addition to the price of the service, the costs of trusted third parties, collection costs, transfer costs and exchange costs. Each financial transaction is subject to a detailed account statement.
4.2 - Contracts denominated in CFA F,
Contracts denominated in CFA francs do not include transfer and exchange costs, they are therefore the responsibility of the customer, moreover these contracts are not covered by the guarantee of good

Art. 5 INVOICING AND PAYMENT OF SERVICES
The choice of method and the terms of payment are defined by the contract:
5.1 Contracts denominated in euros:
Payments in euros are domiciled in France and managed by our IMT-SERVICES service representative. The client has several payment methods:

- By bank transfer free of charge
- By SEPA direct debit mandates free of charge. This type of payment gives you the option of spreading your payments until the end of the service. It is offered subject to acceptance of your file
5.2 Contracts denominated in US DOLLARS
Payments in US dollars are domiciled in France and managed by our IMT-SERVICES service representative. The customer can pay:
- By bank card free of charge.
5.2 Contracts denominated in CFA F:
Payment in Fcfa are domiciled in Benin, the customer has two payment methods,
By transfer with payment of transfer and exchange fees,
In cash in FCFA, for cash payments in foreign currencies the amount will be calculated on the purchase price of the currency by the bank.
Voyage Afrique Online defines precise rules for cancellations and terminations
Art. 6 CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION
For any cancellation made FIFTEEN DAYS before your date of the service, the customer benefits from the reimbursement of his deposit under the conditions defined below, after this period the deposit remains acquired from MP-SERVICES.
6.1 - Cancellation on time : entitles you to reimbursement. The reimbursement will be made according to the method of payment used to settle the deposit, either by crediting the customer's bank card or your PAYPAL account, or by bank transfer, less reservation and reimbursement costs. These fees correspond to 6% of the amount of the reservation plus 2 euros per reimbursement.
6.2 - Cancellation after the deadline : the 30% deposit paid at the time of booking will be acquired by MP-SERVICES, for cancellations 24 hours from the start of the service, the costs are increased from the first day of service. For customers who have opted for the SEPA direct debit mandate, the cancellation fees are 10% after the withdrawal period, 30% after the first due date, and increased by the first day of service in the event of a cancellation 24 hours before the start of the service.
Art 7 TERMINATION OF OFFICE DURING THE CONTRACT
7.1 - Automatic termination by MP-SERVICES : MP-SERVICES may automatically terminate the contract due to serious breaches by the customer during performance of the contract, or in the event of non-payment of down payments defined by this contract. The termination indemnity will be 30% of the amount of the contract. This compensation will be deducted from the reimbursement of sums already paid by the customer at the time of the termination date.
7.2 Termination during the contract by the customer : A termination during the execution of the contract by the customer gives rise to the payment of a termination indemnity in favor of MP-SERVICES in an amount equal to 25% of the amount of the contract. This compensation is deducted from the sums actually collected and reimbursed to the customer (excluding supplements).

Art.8: ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION : Any dispute relating to the execution and interpretation of these commercial conditions is the responsibility of the competent court of the country of destination, even in the event of multiple defenders.
However, disputes concerning the execution of contracts denominated in euros or in US dollars fall under the jurisdiction of the commercial court of Angers 49000 France, exclusive domiciliation of payments.
